Our group is dedicated to building relationships while reflecting on a variety of life experiences. Members take turns choosing topics & leading the discussion.
SPIRITUAL JOURNEYS
Meets on Sunday, 5:30pm
We are an all-female group of all ages that meets to support each other on our spiritual journeys. Leadership is shared & we make decisions as a whole. Members take turns bringing in topics and facilitating discussions.
FAMILY-CENTERED
Meets on Sunday, 6pm
Our group provides opportunities for personal & spiritual growth, & forging closer connections with other UUs. The group is composed of 4-5 couples (heterosexual or gay/lesbian) & their children (ages 6-12). Children willl not be involved in discussions, but will play in close proximity; group service activities will be selected in which children can participate.
MONDAY NIGHT RAP SESSION
Meets on Monday 6pm
We are a diverse group with wide-ranging interests that draws from the wisdom of the ages & each other as we explore & articulate our values & spiritual beliefs as UUs. Although we focus on a central topic each session, we enjoy the spontaneity of honest, open conversation, & the discussion flows as the spirit moves us.
COUPLES COVENANT
Meets on Tuesday 7pm
An enlightening, challenging, & playful opportunity for committed couples to explore the influence of spiritual values on their relationship & how living as a couple fuels their spiritual growth. We’ll seek to have a group experience where serious discussion is balanced by laughter & enjoying getting to know each other.
HAVING OUR SAY
Meets on Wednesday, 10am
We are a group of middle-aged and older church members and friends who enjoy sharing opinions concerning UU spiritual values.
SPIRITUAL SISTERS
Meets on Wednesday, 2pm
We are a group of women sharing experiences, thoughts, and feelings, supporting each other on our spiritual journey.
ECLECTIC COMMUNITY
Meets on Wednesday, 7pm
We are a participatory group with rotating leadership. We discuss aspects of Unitarian-Universalism; the relationship between religion & culture; & personal topics. We listen to each other with consideration & attention, & respect the confidentiality of our discussions.
DISCOVERING SPIRITUALITY: Roots of Faith
Meets TBA
We will explore faith & religion, ranging over all “isms” (atheism to pantheism), theology, the Bible, personal beliefs, customs, & history. Members pick topics & share in leading discussions.
