Creating our Shared Future – Small Group Discussions led by the Strategic Planning Committee (May 2007)

The Strategic Planning Committee concluded a month long, important series of conversations with members and friends to discuss future visions for our congregation. It will take time for the Strategic Planning Committee to consolidate what was heard and prepare information that will be shared with the congregation in the months ahead.

Presentation at Annual Meeting (June 8, 2008)

The Strategic Planning Committee presented a report highlighting their findings to date, and their presentation is available as a PDF by clicking Strategic Planning Presentation. There is much more to come in the Fall of 2008.

UUCA in 2015: Vision Statement

The Strategic Planning Committee developed the following concise Vision Statement after careful review of all the wonderful feedback they received from UUCA Members and Friends about what they would like to see in their church by the year 2015:

As a vibrant Unitarian Universalist congregation rooted in the liberal religious tradition:

We enthusiastically support spiritual exploration and moral development of individuals through all their years;

We foster inclusive and meaningful relationships with one another, our Association of Congregations, and the wider community; and

We work to create a sustainable world with peace and justice for all.
